Vegan Blessing exists as a result of our serene and happy lifestyle. “Vegan” because we spontaneously and increasingly create and live in an environment in which we are in peace with the living beings of this planet, and “blessing” because we feel the divine profundity that it is to be alive.
This project reflects some of our favorite activities, that support a
Food is one of our biggest expressions. You will find a significant variety of vegan food preparations, from cooked to raw. We intend to share the best of these two worlds, according and aligned with our personal experiences.
You’ll see us share other topics as well, such as traveling, dog’s lifestyle and others.
This project is an everyday experience of giving and receiving, in which we express our natural authentic gifts. Allow yourself to be inspired and share your shiny smile with us.
Back in 2015, when we first met, both our lives were about to shift in a lovely direction. Having already a similar plant-based diet was part of the alignment we needed to cross each other. Luisa was running a small and cozy vegan macrobiotic restaurant at the time, Friendly Food, in Lisbon, and Vasco became a regular client. The first time he entered, he fell in love with an amazing cocoa peanut biscuit pudding. And that was the beginning of many deep emotions and inspiring conversations between us!
During the last three years, we’ve been creating a lifestyle plenty of new and great experiences.
Vasco became a freelance sound engineer, after years of full-time work, while continuing playing the piano in different musical projects. He then started developing the new craft of growing homemade sprouts. In the meantime, he became a Reconnective Healing® Foundational Practitioner.
After the grateful and fulfilling adventure of having her first restaurant, Luisa dedicated herself to vegan macrobiotic culinary workshops and to a profound spiritual study. She embraced the new experience of Kundalini Yoga, finishing a one year course, putting it into
One of the most recent and marvelous adventures between us was the raw food diet. Although we were already including mostly organic fresh and homemade meals, we were far away from having the real benefits of raw nutrition. Each day is a new magical discovery.
One year after that big change, we moved from Lisbon to the north of Portugal, Viana do Castelo, where Luisa opened a new vegan restaurant, named Alpaca. Vasco is now working on his own, composing and selling stock music,
Last, but not least, we’re actually three at home. Our six-year-old and furry friend Bogas is pure unconditional love and a big part of our life. He’s very fond of stones, tennis balls, sweet potatoes, walnuts and belly rubs. He has been with Luisa practically since he was born and Vasco humbly welcomed him.
Thank you for joining us on this blessed journey!
