These toasts I am about to show you have great texture and flavor. They can be great with something sweet or salty. You can spread fruit jam or nut butter on them, or even add some scrambled tofu, legumes, and green leaves, or have them simple, as they are, at any meal. We can be creative as well, by using different herbs, spices, and seeds.

Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of organic whole brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup of ground organic hazelnuts, almonds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp of ground organic flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp of sea salt
- a pinch of organic black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of organic turmeric
- 1/4 tsp of organic yeast
- 1 tbsp of organic grapefruit oil
- 1 tsp of organic dry rosemary
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients, till you have the shape of a ball.
On a tray covered with parchment paper, roll out the dough, till it gets about 0.5 cm of thickness.
Now, cut the dough in rectangles.
Bake it in the oven at 180ºC/356ºF, for 20 minutes.
Separate in pieces.
