Pressed Salad with Sesame Almond Coriander Sauce

  • some organic carrot
  • some organic broccoli
  • some organic purple kale
  • some organic pointed cabbage
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • some pure water


  1. Cut the leaves in thin slices, the carrots in thin "spaghetti" strips and the vegetables in small pieces
  2. Put them in a bowl, adding a pinch of salt and just a little bit of water (really just a little, sprinkle it with your hands)
  3. Start involving it very well, til you feel the tenderness of the vegetables. Then press them with your hands, pushing it towards the bottom. Do this till you see some water coming out of the vegetables.
