In a bowl, mix well all the ingredients (except the cacao nibs).
With your hands, a bit wet, make small balls with the dough and put them on an oven tray, covered with parchment paper.
Press each ball with your hands and add the cacao nibs on top.
Press again, till you get thin cookies.
Bake them at 356ºF, for about 10 minutes, till they get golden on the edges.
Let them cool and take them out of the tray.
