Sauté the carrot in a frying pan, with a bit of water.
When the carrot turns soft, add the tofu and the miso.
Mix it well and let it cook. Everytime it gets stuck to the pan, put a bit of water.
Add the corn slowly to the mixture, for you to be able to see if the consistency pleases you, and mix it.
Put all the seasonings ( except the fresh herbs), check the flavor and turn off the heat. Add the herbs.
If you like less creamy, add less corn or more tofu.
