Zucchini Mushroom Sweet Potato Pizza

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup whole rice flour
  • 1 1/2 cup steamed sweet potato
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • some fresh oregano
  • some fresh basil

Sauce

  • 2 steamed carrots
  • 1 small steamed beetroot
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • some fresh basil
  • a pinch of sea salt

Topping

  • 1 zucchini
  • some mushrooms
  • some celery leaves
  • some fresh basil
  • a pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the base.

  2. Take small portions and put them in a tray (covered with parchment paper), forming small thin bases. 

  3. Let them bake in the oven, at 356ºF, till it gets golden on the edges. Do this procedure until you have no mixture left.

  4. Blend all the sauce ingredients and spread it on top of each base (once they are done).

  5. Grill some slices of zucchini and some mushrooms, with a pinch of salt and a dash of water. Add them to the pizzas.

  6. Decorate with some celery and basil leaves.
