Raw Miso Soup

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • some celery leaves
  • some fresh herbs
  • 1 handful arame seaweeds
  • 1 tbsp white rice miso unpasteurized
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch coriander powder
  • 1 pinch cumin powder
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 pinch sea salt


  1. Cut the vegetables in small pieces and put them in a bowl.

  2. Chop the celery leaves and the herbs, and mix them with the vegetables.

  3. Add the seaweeds, the seasonings and the miso (diluted in a little bit of water).

  4. Put 500ml of water in a pan and heat it till it’s warm (just warm, not overheated, in a way that you can put your finger and not get burned).

  5. Add this water to the vegetables and grind everything roughly, leaving some chunks in it.
