Cut the vegetables in small pieces and put them in a bowl.
Chop the celery leaves and the herbs, and mix them with the vegetables.
Add the seaweeds, the seasonings and the miso (diluted in a little bit of water).
Put 500ml of water in a pan and heat it till it’s warm (just warm, not overheated, in a way that you can put your finger and not get burned).
Add this water to the vegetables and grind everything roughly, leaving some chunks in it.
