Raw Blueberry Sunflower Porridge

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 8 strawberries
  • 60 g mangos
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds, soaked for 4-6 hours
  • fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 tsp grated lime zest
  • 1 pinch grated ginger zest
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the bananas, the blueberries, 5 strawberries, the ginger zest, half of the lime zest and the salt.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Add strawberries, mangos and dates slices, lime zest, sunflower seeds and mint leaves.
