Vegan Chickpea Beet "Sausages"

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic chickpea (soaked for 12 hours)
  • 20 g organic grated onion
  • 20 g organic grated carrot
  • 20 g organic grated beetroot
  • 1/3 organic garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp organic grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp organic brown rice syrup
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • some organic parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the chickpeas in a pressure pan, for about 45 minutes (after boiling), until it becomes soft.

  2. Drain well the chickpea and put it in a bowl.
  3. Add all the ingredients to it and grind everything. With the hands a bit wet, shape pieces of the mixture into small sausages.
  4. Grill them in a non-stick skillet.
