Raw Banana Peach Cacao Hazelnut Porridge

Ingredients

  • 3 apples
  • 3 bananas, small
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 2 cacao beans
  • 1 peach
  • 10 hazelnuts, soaked for 8-12h
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp grated orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp grated lime zest
  • fresh basil
  • fresh dill
  • 1 pinch grated ginger
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the apples, the bananas, one date, the orange and lime zests, the ginger, the cinnamon and the salt.

  2. Pour the mixture in a bowl.

  3. Cut the peach in slices and add to the mixture. Sprinkle pieces of cacao, hazelnuts and date, all together.

  4. Sprinkle some cinnamon and add the fresh leaves.
