Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 500 g sweet potatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • basil & sage leaves
  • dry rose petals

Instructions

  1. Peel and steam the sweet potatoes, in a pan, for 10 minutes, until they become soft.

  2. Put them in a bowl and add all the ingredients, except the petals. Grind everything very well.

  3. Serve it with more herbs, a dash of olive oil and some rose petals.
