Sweet Potato Carob Truffles

  • 250 g steamed sweet potato
  • 100 g ground roasted hazelnuts
  • 4 tbsp blended dates
  • 1 tbsp carob flour
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • a pinch sea salt


  1. Mix well all the ingredients.

  2. Get your hands a bit wet and shape the mixture into small balls.

  3. Cover all of them with carob flour.
