Rosemary Rice Toasts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole brown rice flour
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts, almonds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds ground
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed ground
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • a pinch black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp grapefruit oil
  • 1 tsp dry rosemary
  • 1/6 cup pure water

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients until you have the shape of a ball.

  2. On a tray covered with parchment paper, roll out the dough, till it gets about 0.5 cm of thickness.

  3. Cut the dough in rectangles.

  4. Bake it in the oven at 180ºC/356ºF, for 20 minutes.

  5. Separate in pieces.
